Our TPA department has experienced account managers that can maintain control of the claims process to include litigation management.

Our TPA Manager, Mike Clearman, JD has over twenty-five years of experience in the claims industry and takes a hands-on approach to every claim. He is an Attorney at Law and was a Claims Manager for approximately 20 years for a large domestic insurance carrier.

Whether the claim is small or complex, we have an attention to detail and problem-solving approach.

Third Party Administration

Washington & Finnegan manage property and liability programs throughout the United States. Our objective is to perform all claims management functions, and services as needed on behalf of the client.

Our purpose is to facilitate prompt investigation, negotiation, and settlement and/or repudiation of claims. We understand the combined ratio is important to an insurance carrier and therefore, it is necessary to keep tight control on expenses and indemnity payments. Moreover, the fiduciary responsibility at Washington & Finnegan is taken very seriously as we are acting on behalf of another in trust.

Our Bordereau and/or Loss Run is of the highest quality and we believe in content and function unsurpassed in the industry. Because of our integrated database framework we can custom create a product that fits your needs. We have the ability to modify, create, design, calculate, or sort information, thereby providing you a snapshot of the claim(s) scope and costs associated with same.

We are currently handling a number of TPA programs through the London market. And, we are 100% in compliance with the Lloyd's guidelines regarding Bordereaux content and production as well as key performance indicators (KPI's). We are committed to assisting and servicing the market's requirements and needs.
